*All charges will be made in Thai Baht and are subject to the USD/BHT exchange rate
1. Rates are single/double occupancy, exclusive of 10% service charge, and 7% applicable government tax per room per night.
2. One night accommodation will be charged as a penalty fee if the reservation is cancelled later than 6:00PM on the day of arrival.
3. Minimum 3 consecutive night stay is required.
4. Rates and reservations are subject to space availability.
5. The above room rates are based on 1-2 persons per room. The additional charge of an extra 3rd person is 1,800 Baht, inclusive of 10% service charge, and applicable government tax per room per night including daily breakfast only. The benefits other than daily breakfast for the third person have to be additionally paid on the spot as per the actual consumption.
6. Please advise the flight detail well in advance for the transportation arrangement.
7. The advance reservation is required for Dim Sum Lunch at Silver Waves so the reservation is subject to the space availability.
